Now in his second spell at Harrogate Town, Richard rejoined the club in October 2009. He originally signed in 2003 from Whitby Town, having started his career at Blackburn Rovers. After three seasons at Wetherby Road he moved to Guiseley, and then last season helped Eastwood Town gain promotion to Blue Square North.
